By authorizing CWLP to round up your bill to the nearest dollar each month—or to add a specified dollar amount to each monthly bill—you can make regular donations to programs that help ease homelessness in Springfield.
All donations are placed in a special account. The City's Director of Community Relations (217.789.2270) makes recommendations to the Springfield City Council regarding how the funds should be distributed. Programs selected to receive funds must have demonstrated the ability to effectively provide services to the homeless. Please round up my CWLP bill to the nearest dollar each month to help end homelessness. I want to make a larger contribution. Please add $ to my bill each month to help end homelessness.
