Modify Account Information

If you are a current customer who is moving to another location within CWLP's service territory, you can update contact information a few ways. The best way to help you change an existing service is via our online account management, myCWLP. You can also change service:

Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and call-in hours are 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. You can also fill out any of the following forms and submit online or bring it in to us and we will take care of your service change.

Level Payment Plan

For the benefit of our residential and commercial customers, CWLP offers a Level Payment Plan bill-paying option. Participating in the Level Payment Plan makes it easier for you to budget for your water and electricity expenses because your utility payments will be the same amount each month.
