Beginning Thursday, March 6th, west-bound Cook Street will be detoured at S. College Street to accommodate water main extension work by City Water, Light and Power. This work is expected to last multiple days. Impacted lanes will remain closed until road surface repairs are complete. In the event of inclement weather, work will be rescheduled.
