Customers in area without service during work.
Ridge Avenue is currently closed from Dirksen Parkway to 30th Street due to a break to a 10-inch water main and a valve that needs repaired. Customers in these areas will be without water service until repairs are complete:
• Ridge Avenue from Dirksen Parkway to Daniel Avenue
• Milton Avenue north of Ridge Avenue
• 29th Street north of Ridge Avenue
Motorists should plan to take alternative routes to avoid delays and should slow down and drive with caution around this work zone.
