Do you know somebody in need or that you'd like to help cover a portion of their CWLP bill? You can easily make a payment as a gift in any amount to cover all or part of a customer's CWLP bill. To do this, visit the Customer service office in person or call 217-789-2030 and provide the name and service address of the customer who will receive the gift! While knowing the account number is helpful, it is not necessary.
Payments can be made in cash, card, or check if you purchase in person or by credit card if you buy over the phone. The amount will be credited to the recipient's CWLP bill without delay. You will then have the option to receive a CWLP notecard with a matched envelope that can be mailed to the recipient, letting them know of your gift. If you prefer, CWLP will send you the card. You may make your gift anonymously.
