On Tuesday, September 1, northbound 11th Street will detour at S. Grand Avenue while Water Department crews abandon a leaking water line in the 1300 block. Lanes will remain closed until road surface repairs are complete. 

Motorists should plan to take alternative routes to avoid delays and should slow down and drive with caution around this work zone.
