Our phone system at Electric Dispatch at 217.789.2121 has a caller ID feature that works in tandem with our customer information and outage management systems to identify your name and service address, determine whether or not you are in an area being affected by a known service problem and, if so, provide you with an instantaneous service status report, including whether crews have been dispatched, the cause of the problem and an estimated time of repair, if available.
