On Thursday, June 4, emergency water main valve repairs will temporarily interrupt water service to City Water, Light and Power customers located along the east side of S. Dirksen Parkway between Stevenson Drive and Executive Park Drive and also along Horizon Drive. The service interruption will begin around 8:30 a.m. and work is planned to be complete no later than 4:30 p.m. Work is weather dependent and will be rescheduled if necessary.
Customers impacted received notice of the work scheduled. Water Dispatch at 217-789-2323 ext. 2 can assist customers with any questions and updates to the work status may be posted to CWLP’s social media on Facebook and X.
