UPDATE: Water service was restored last night. Work to isolate the main and prepare for the repair is planned to resume later today.
CWLP water crews worked through the night to operate a valve to be able to begin emergency repairs to a broken water transmission main in the South 11th Street area. Water service is temporarily out for 9 customers in the area who were notified of the work that began around 3:30 p.m. yesterday:
• 4521 & 4611 S 11th Street
• 1000, 1640 & 1700 Hazel Dell Road
• 1200 & 1201 Bunn Avenue
• 4480 & 4500 S 6th Street Frontage Road
