Springfield, Ill. —City Water, Light and Power customer outages are down to 1,176 customers in 44 locations. Crews will continue working through the night to restore service as quickly and safely as possible to all customers. Our Electric Operations Division is fully staffed and they continue to review outage and damage reports received through Dispatch at 217-789-2121 to ensure no trouble overlooked.
Among the largest current outage areas:
-157 S 10th St. and S 9th between E Ash St and Bryn Mawr Blvd
-133 S Koke Mill area near Ginger Creek Dr and Conner Dr (3 broken poles with transformer equip, several hours)
-127 Old Crows Way, Christopher Ln, Brent Dr
-79 N Rutledge and N 1st between Yates Ave and W Calhoun Ave
-76 Marland St and N 7th St between E Sangamon Ave and Garfield St.
-68 Hoover Ave and S Woodward St between E Culver Ave and Stevenson Dr
-37 other scattered pockets around the city.
