2013 IMUA Scholarship Application The Illinois Municipal Utility Association, of which CWLP is a member, is offering four $500 scholarship opportunities to high school seniors whose parents or legal guardians are residential customers of IMUA-member utilities. Part of the application process involves writing a 500 word or less essay on a topic determined by IMUA. The application deadline is March 8, 2013.
