Use this form only to
request temporary service for a festival or other short-term special
event. If you need service at the construction site of a
new commercial building, use the
Application for Commercial Electric Service.
If you need service at the construction site of a new
residence, use the New
Customer Application. |

To ensure you will be able
to successfully use this form, your computer should
