New Customer Application
Although you must visit the Customer Service Office in person in
order to sign up for new service, you can save some time by
filling in the application form in advance and bringing it with
you. This form is for commercial and residential customers who
wish to obtain water or electric service for an existing
property but who do not currently have CWLP service in their
names and
for residential customers who need electric service at the
construction site of a new residence.

Application for Transfer of Service to a New Location
Current CWLP water or electric customers who are moving to a
different location within CWLP's service territory and who wish to
have their service transferred from their current location to

Senior Citizen Discount
Application
Use this form to apply for the Senior Citizen Discount, which
provides a 10% reduction in your regular CWLP rate if you meet
age and income eligibility requirements.
This
form is available only in downloadable format. When returned to
CWLP, the application must be accompanied by copies of documents
proving your age and income eligibility. The specific types of
forms that must be included, as well as all eligibility
criteria, are outlined in the application instructions and on
the
Senior Citizen Discount page of this website. |
Application for Commercial Electric Service
This form is for persons who wish to request (1) electric service
at the construction site of a new commercial building or (2) an
electric service upgrade for an
existing commercial facility. |
Application for Temporary Service
for a Festival or Other Special Event
If you are planning to hold or participate in an outdoor festival
or other special event for which electric service will be
required, CWLP can provide temporary service according to your
needs. You may use this form to order temporary service for this
purpose. Please notify CWLP of your needs at least two weeks prior
to the event's scheduled date. |

Private Outdoor Lighting Application and Contract
CWLP will install outdoor pole-mounted security lights for
customers upon request, as long as the area to be lit has overhead
electric service. You may use this form to place your order for

CWLP residential customers who wish to read your own electric or

Homelessness Donation
Form
CWLP customers can make regular contributions to agencies and
services that aid the local homeless population by electing to
round up their monthly bills to the nearest dollar. |
Automatic
Withdrawal Authorization Form
One of the easiest ways to make your bill payments is to
participate in CWLP's Direct Debit Payment program, which allows
CWLP to make automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings
account. You can use the Automatic Withdrawal Authorization form
to sign up for Direct Debit Payment.This
form is available only in downloadable format. When returned to
CWLP, the form must be accompanied by a voided check or deposit
slip from the checking or savings account from which you wish to

Rebate Application

Wind farms and other large independent generating and transmission
facilities wishing to interconnect with CWLP's transmission

CWLP customers can go "green" by participating in the Renewable
Choice Program, which lets you pay a little extra each month to
