New Customer Application

Although you must visit the Customer Service Office in person in order to sign up for first-time service from CWLP, you can save some time by filling out the application form in advance and bringing it with you. Use this form only (a) if you wish to obtain water or electric service from CWLP but are not currently a CWLP customer, or (b) if you are building a new residence and need electric service during the construction phase.

The New Customer Application is available only in a downloadable format. It cannot be filled out online or submitted electronically. To use this form, you need to print it, complete it manually, and return it in person to the:
