Heat Pump Dealer ID Card

If you are an HVAC dealer who installs qualifying heat pumps in CWLP's electric service territory, you must have this ID card on file with CWLP in order to qualify for your Dealer Heat Pump Rebate.

This ID card is available only in downloadable format. It cannot be filled out online or submitted electronically. To use this card, you need to print it, complete it manually, and return it by one of the methods described in the table below.
