Customer-Owned Generator Form

The US Department of Energy–Energy Information Administration asks all utilities to provide information about back-up generation on their systems. Please fill out a separate form for each generator.

Currently the Customer-Owned Generator Form is available only in a downloadable format. It cannot be filled out online or submitted electronically. To use this form, you need to print it, complete it manually, and return it to the:
