In the marginal lands surrounding Lake Springfield, CWLP owns over
735 home sites, which are leased to individuals for private use. While
the land is owned by CWLP, the homes located on these sites are
privately owned by the land lease holders.
For information about lake property leases, including lease
transfers, building permit information (lake-area properties only), and
making alterations to lake-lease properties (including tree-trimming or
removal), contact the Utility Property Manager at 757-8660, ext. 1027.
