CityLights Commercial Lighting Rebate
To participate in the program, the customer's application must be pre-approved before lighting equipment is purchased. On the application, the customer will provide details about the existing lighting equipment, the type and quantity of the proposed new lighting equipment, and the amount of rebate that will be requested. The application, along with manufacturers' specification sheets for the new lighting equipment, must be submitted to CWLP. Funding for the CityLights Commercial Lighting Rebate program is being provided in part by an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) awarded to the City of Springfield by the U.S. Department of Energy in the fall of 2009.
