Pay Your Bill By Credit Card or E-Check
Note:
CWLP does not currently offer online bill presentment.
However, you can check your current account balance
on our
internet payments site. |
CWLP accepts credit card and e-check bill payments made by phone,
over the internet, or at a special computer kiosk found in the walk-in
area of the Customer Service Office at Municipal Center West (MCW),
which is located on the corner of 7th and Monroe. Convenience fees
are applied to payments made using a credit card or e-check.
Phone payments can be made by calling the CWLP Customer
Service Office at 789-2030.
Internet payments can be made via our secure payment collections
site.
CWLP will accept credit or debit card payments made using Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express.
To use the e-check option, you must have an active checking account. CWLP
will electronically transfer the amount of your payment from your checking
account using the bank routing and account numbers you provide.
When paying by phone or internet or at the MCW kiosk, you will need to
provide your name and service address, as well as your nine-digit CWLP account
and eight-digit CWLP customer numbers, which can be found in the upper
left-hand corner of your bill.

For each credit/debit card or e-check transaction,
you will be charged the following convenience fee: |

2.8% of your total payment (example:
for a $100 payment, your convenience fee would be $2.80). The minimum
convenience fee per transaction will be $1.00. |

These fees are not charged or
collected by CWLP
and CWLP does not receive any portion of them. |
