Change Your Service Address

If you are a current customer who is moving to another location within CWLP's service territory, you can change your service address:

In person or by mail at the CWLP Customer Service Office, in Room 101, Municipal Center West, 300 S. 7th Street (corner 7th and Monroe Streets), Springfield, 62757.

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, except holidays.

Online use our online Application for Transfer of Service to a New Location


When requesting a transfer of service, you must provide:
  n your name;
  n your current address;
  n your new address;
  n the date to end service at your current address
  n the date to begin service at the new address; and
  n your social security number.

CWLP requires that you request a change of address at least 48 hours prior to your need.
