Change Your Service Address
If you are a current customer who is moving to another location within CWLP's service territory, you can change your service address:

in Room 101, Municipal Center West, 300 S. 7th Street (corner 7th and Monroe Streets),
Springfield, 62757. Office
hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, except holidays. |

Application for Transfer of Service to a New Location |
When requesting a transfer of service, you must provide:

your name; |
| |
n |
your current address; |
| |
n |
your new address; |
| |
n |
the date to end service at
your current address |
| |
n |
the date to begin service at
the new address; and |
| |
n |
your social security number. |
CWLP requires that you request a change of
address at least 48 hours prior to your need.
