 CWLP offers a special rate to any residential electric service customer who:
  • is 62 years of age or older,
  • has the service account in his/her name; and
  • has a total household income no greater than 275% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. (In 2008, the maximum qualifying income is $28,600 per single-person household and $38,500 per multi-person household.)
