Day-to-day management of the utility is the responsibility of the General Manager and his administrative staff, which consists of: the Chief Utilities Engineer (who also oversees the Electric Division); the Finance Director; the Manager of Administrative Services; the Water Division Director; and the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
