The Energy Experts of the CWLP Energy Services Office (pictured above) provide a variety of services and programs aimed at helping our customers increase the energy and water efficiency of their homes and businesses. An energy efficient building is one in which the least possible amount of energy is needed to provide the greatest possible level of comfort and convenience. ESO programs and services are designed both to educate customers about efficiency and how it can be achieved and to provide financial incentives to make certain efficiency measures more affordable.
