For the benefit of our residential and commercial customers, CWLP offers a Level Payment Plan bill-paying option. Participating in the Level Payment Plan makes it easier for you to budget for your monthly CWLP bill, because your utility payments will be the same amount each month.

Under the CWLP Level Payment Plan, a customer's monthly payment is calculated based on your average electric, water and sewer usage over the prior twelve months. (Any approved rate increases during the upcoming year will be factored into this calculation). Your account will be reviewed and your Level Payment amount will be adjusted annually—more frequently, if your usage should change dramatically. If the annual review indicates your monthly payments have been less than your actual monthly bills, you will be able to pay off the balance due prior to the adjustment of your Level Payment amount. CWLP will determine whether or not you will be required to pay the balance due at the time of your annual review.

Taking advantage of CWLP's Level Payment Plan is easy. To be eligible, you simply must be current with your CWLP payments. Once on the program, you must pay the full Level Payment amount each month, regardless of the debit or credit status of your account in any given month. If you miss two Level Payments in a twelve-month period, you will no longer be eligible to participate in this program.

For more information about CWLP's Level Payment Plan or to sign up for this payment program, contact or stop by the Customer Service Office.

Customers who are on the Level Payment Plan are also eligible to participate in CWLP's Automatic Bank Account Withdrawal payment method, which allows your monthly utility payment to be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account.
